Once your order is placed and paid, it enters the processing stage. Processing typically takes 1–2 working days. Personalised items require additional time before dispatch.

- delivery method selected
Tracking details are provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Free shipping promo – August 2026
For a limited time period, users in South Africa can get free shipping for orders over R1500. The rates apply to orders shipped to South African addresses only and is only valid for economy shipments. Users will be able to select the free shipping option at checkout for cart totals over and above R1500. Expediated shipping options are still available at the usual rates.

Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- the item is not personalised
- the item is unworn and in original condition
- all labels, swing tags, and packaging are intact
- the request is made within 14 days of receiving the order
Customers are responsible for the courier costs of returning goods and for re‑delivery of exchanged items.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection of the returned item. Replacement items are dispatched only once the original goods are received and any outstanding amounts have been settled.

If an incorrect item is delivered, we will cover all costs associated with returning and re‑delivering the correct item(s).
